» Zappanale wins case against Zappa Family Trust
Oh my god - that's even better than the 4:0 victory against Australia!
Announced on June 15, 2010 the 20st civil court of appeal of the appellate court Düsseldorf in the name of the people ADJUDGET:The appeal of the complainant (Gail Zappa) against the announced decision of the 2a court of appeal from January 21st of the county court Düsseldorf is declined.
Upon the appeal of the defendant to 1. (Arf-Society) this decision will be partly changed and overall reformulated:
The claim is rejected.
Upon the counter claim of the defendant to 1. the community trade mark of the claimant 001933944 "ZAPPA" is declared expired from August 1st 2007.
Costs of action to be paid by the claimant.
I am especially indebted to our lawyer Mr. Johannes Vogel who gave us extraordinay competent advice during this action and consistently reassured us. THANK YOU MR. VOGEL!!!
